Audi
is the luxury branch of the company which also makes Seat, Volkswagen,
and Porsche. Audi has been importing to the United States since 1969,
and in 1998 has 4 U.S models. These are the A4, A6, A8, and the Cabriolet.
Audi is known for being the sort of middle-luxury car maker with Lexus,
in that it's entry level cars retail far below that of Mercedes and BMW,
and it's top level car does the same, and is designed to compete with both
the middle and top level cars of the other 2 German marques.
