BMW's 3-Series
The 3-Series is BMW's best-selling line, with prices ranging from $20,000 to $45,000.  The lineup in the series ranges from the 318ti, the cute little college-kid coupe to the 328i, a $45,000 convertible that is capable of knocking the socks off any other convertible in it's class.  There is also the middle-range 323, which comes as a sedan or a coupe, and offers everything one could ever need in a sports sedan.  The new 3-Series comes without the former best-seller, the 325, which is by far the most seen BMW there is.  Sales of this car numbered in the 5-million range over it's 20-some year span.  Suggested alternatives for these German sports cars include the Audi A4, and the Mercedes-Benz C-Class.  All information given is for a 328is.
