Mission Statement
The Volvo 240 Garage (a.k.a. V240G) was built with two purpose in mind. First, it acts as an information bank for all aspect of Volvo 240. Second it serve as a gathering place for all 240 owners, past and present, who share a common passion of owning and driving the 240. Often we are too busy taking care of everyday business that we have forgotten the love that we once had for these automobiles. I hope that V240G will help you rediscover and strengthen the bond between you and your 240.

The Birth of V240G
I have searched far and wide on the Internet for information concerning the 240 series automobile, while there are sites that contain information on the subject, but so far I have not located a site that is devoted to this venerable vehicle. Therefore, I decided to take up the challenge in the summer of '97 to create a web site that is focused on the 240 series and hence the birth of the Volvo 240 Garage.. This site is dedicated to all the 240s out there, safely hauling people like you and me to work, to school and to play. The Volvo 240 Garage is the cyber home to all 240s ever made.To all the 240s out there, welcome home.
