I am 17 and I live in Los Angelos.My name is Michael. This 510 is my fourth car. My first car was a 70' VW Bug. I chopped the top and put a full tube frame in it. I raised it like ten inches and put monster suspenson on it. I sold it when I was done because it was too slow. My next car was a 74' dodge van. I bought it for $100 to throw away all the leftover parts I had from my bug and gave it to a friend after I had cleaned out my backyard and my garage. Next I bought a 72' 240Z for $500. It had a rebuilt L28 bottom end with an E31
head and 44mm su's. This car was pretty fast and fun. After I had it for about a month I saw some rust in the rocker pannels and when I started to scrape it to see how bad it was, a chunk of bondo and aluminum fell off. I went arround the car and found a lot more rust on the frame rails and even the roof. I dident feel safe driving a rust mobile so I stripped it and threw away the body. I sold the 5 speed tranny and the rear end and a bunch of other parts. I still have the complete engine sitting in my garage. When I went to look for a 510 I was very shure to check every single inch of the car for rust. I found one for $400 with no wheels, no motor and tranny, and a cut firewall. I decided to buy it because it had NO rust and I wanted to
do a motor swap anyway.
