My Response To The Paranoia of The 90's

JUST WHO'S FAMILY ARE WE TALKING ABOUT?

I am really "UP TO HERE" with 'family this' and 'family that'.
I surely didn't notice anywhere in the CONSTITUTION of THESE UNITED STATES
any bylaws as to what constitutes a family.
I was totally unaware that this country was governed by the Christian Bible!
Sheez!!! Where have I been?

I consider my household to be a 'family'.
I don't demand that other families be 'just like mine'.
Why are these religious fanatics so worried about MY family?
Their intent is to FORCE their working definition of 'family'
onto the Disney Company.
Well golly gee! How about the folks whose families don't meet
those 'Christian Guidelines' start lobbying against those
'Christian Families' that feel they have the right to rule this country?
After all, there are SO many more of us 'other' folks.

I'm not even a homosexual,
but MY family certainly would not deprive our children
of the delight they take in Winnie The Pooh!
And what's more, isn't there a law against discrimination?
Hmmm...I thought so.
Are these fanatical Christians thinking they can take this
country and rule it? Bring back good ole boy hatred?
Have they no respect for the laws of this land or the rights of ALL people?
I mean, gosh-o-golly-gee-whiz!
If they are so cruel as to take all the fun of Disney
from their children's lives, we as concerned citizens
should get on the band wagon and put this to a stop.

How many closet 'homosexuals' live in that inhibited Christian world?
Ooh...just so goshed darned many.
That's such typical behavior too.
I'm pretty sure they feel that if they rid America of 'those' sinners,
that they will finally be cured of their own 'sinful desires'
...after all, they are ALL human, and homosexuality runs pretty
darned statistically proportionate across all the sub groups of American Culture.
Always lashing out against that which they fear.

Well, I'm sure the Disney Company couldn't give a rat's ass
about whether or not these phobic maniacs contribute financially
to their enterprises. After all, Disney got along just fine
in the early years when they wouldn't allow people into their park
with long hair, sandels, political buttons, etc.,
when their list of employees included only the most lily white of the whites.
Heck, we loved Disneyland so much we just hid our hair under a hat and took the buttons off...
went inside, took our LSD and had a great time!

Maybe there will be big 'Pooh' Burnings,
where they all go through their homes with a fine toothed comb
gathering up all the little toys, story books,
and even those cute little Pooh Slippers the kids love so much.
I can see it now...
those 'good' Christians, hearts full of love,
piling it on higher and higher.
Then they all join in and set it afire.
Burn the devil!!! Burn Pooh Burn!!!
