The times included shall only give you a rough idea how good the particular driver is. As in real F1 laptimes not only depend on the setup, but also on the driving skills. There is anyhow no such thing as the perfect setup for everybody. It depends very much on the driving style. You might be much faster with the provided setups on this page or not get along with them at all.
