A Little About Me...... <*blush*>

Hi there,  glad you could stop by. ... It's so nice to meet you .<*s...

I guess that the reason you came is that you would like to know more about *me*..<*blush*>...

Well, hummmm... how about a nice "fable" instead??..

     In a lovely warm climate, (Florida!).. there was a little blonde  lady with 2 children,  who   decided to learn about the internet.

     She had a bookkeeping and income tax practice, and wanted to learn how to access the IRS  and all that other good educational "junk" that she kept hearing was "on the Net"..  and so one day... she "logged on"..<*g

    She practiced and learned.. how to "get around" and use things called browsers and access "sites".. until little by little she was confident..

   One day she ventured forth to "surf" for game sites. (Having a male child of the "game playing" temperament, and being a good mom, she wanted to find sites that were "appropriate" ..)   and she "stumbled" into a place called PlaySite. 

   PlaySite was a colorful place w/ interactive games, one of which was Backgammon, an old favorite of hers.  She learned to play and with the help of other players she learned to   "LOL" and ROFL".. .. (and a few more I am sure you have heard of <*giggle)>  but she found that some people were not happy to play a "guest" player and not have it count for 'ratings'.. .. and so.. .She decided she must register.... She thought and she thought.. what name should it be... and (being "blonde"<*g)   she decided that the reason she was coming to play was to have "some fun" and that playing a person who was "some fun" sounded  "ok".. and so >..... SomeFun is the name she chose..    (Now some of you may be 'snickering' at this point, but let me assure you.. she was sincere.)...

   SomeFun continued to play games there, and soon came to meet some of the nicest people you are likely to meet!.. Like Aferg, LaffoutLoud, and JabberJaws (ladies who were kind,  helpful and FUN)..and then there were Kat, Kimba, NetVenus, Fidget, and Apprentice.   She met Ben, Boxxer, DiamondJim and CarolnTx, Herkules ,  and she got ICQ!..... (Special thanks to BlueMeanie, Backgammon "wiz"  for all his BG help!!)...

  And then dark days came to the happy friends from PlaySite.. They were building a new "improved" version.. (We all know what THAT means.. right??).. and many people left for "sites" unknown...<*sigh..

  But her good friend Apprentice, told her of a new place.. called The Zone, and SomeFun went forth and Played!!!... It was a  place . with wonderful 'boards' and good people.. and the word spread.. Many PlaySite friends came to The Zone to play as well  .. and she met many more like Talasain, Poet_Rhea,  Bulldog, Wildernand, Skyemasterson, Aphrodite , Vidmar and  OutlawJosey.. She met Jimson, Redragtop, Jettman and Gentle_way!  (And those of you lucky enough to stroll the halls of the Zone..*might* find these and many other nice people there.!)..

  One day, on her way to play a Cases Ladder game, she got a Q from her best gal pal, of a new sensation.. called TheRealm.. and decided to go to visit her friend in that fantasy world...There LadySomeFun became a small, blonde (*g*)  Wizard.. she studied hard, and learned her spells, and became a healer/shielder of sorts ... she fought with many great Warriors... and was allowed to join the Order of Might and Magic, a guild dedicated to "good" <*smile....Here, accompanied by OMM Lord Talasain. she met Ghrimlin, Ariel, Ravensong, LadyP, LordZer00, Vastian, Josella, Minya,TigerRage, Wizard, Moof, and LilBraveHeart, LadyZena and the members of many guilds.    She was gifted with weapons, and magical items.. she quested deep in the Hive,   helped to slay Fully..and Had FUN~.

    Time went by, and she played more games.. and met MORE  of the friendly people of this "place" called the Internet....People from all walks of life, in places far and wide.SilkyBaby, Goodcatch and Pouty!..She met  Knees and EraserGirl, Dadohead, KissyBunny, Elvyra1,  luvmiScoti, GreenTomato .and many many more..  She made friends from all around the World. and tries to keep them to this day.. 

   So, thanks to all.. who make this place the "fun" place that it is..and those of you she might not have mentioned. (sorry *sigh*)  (She likes you none the less.. {{{{{hugz2 all}}}....)

(This 'story' doesn't begin to mention 'everyone'  SomeFun has met.... . some names have been left out or changed to protect the "innocent"(?) <*giggles)
