Song of the moment: "My Paper Heart" by All American Rejects. I had an eerie dream last night. I was Caesar during the conspiracy in Rome. The weather was dark and stormy. There were many who opposed me. Some drew swords. Some spit in my direction. Nothing hit me though, because I didn't want it to. I decided to walk on, to observe the beauty in Rome as it should be. I was stabbed, but I kept walking, bleeding slowly, like a fountain peacefully trickling. The bad weather did pass, and with it passed my wound. Not all stories have a happy ending. I was lucky. I think maybe I got a bit too much into Julius Caesar when I was reading it before bed last night. I really like the book. I'm going to use the quote "Cowards die many times before their deaths; The valiant never taste death but once" as a theme quote for the new Clan -SC website that I'm building with some of the members. We changed the channel to Clan SC-Gamers today. It went perfectly. I was able to narrow down which members need assistance, which members shouldn't be in the clan, and which members are ready to be promoted. SC is doing well. I have to prepare for the Academic Decathlon. It's been consuming a lot of my time and worry lately. I've memorized the first of my five paragraphs in my speech, but I have many sections of the speech in my mind. Thank god for a good memory. Two of my friends fought tonight. I disapprove. I could talk on this topic for many hours, however I do not think it is my battle to discuss. My dragon ring nearly broke today. It scared me. If it did, since the ring means very much to me, I'd simply go and buy another one. I've got a lot of work in the next few days . . . lots of busy time. Let me fill you in on my schedule. Friday . . . Study from 7:40 to 3:00 for the Decathlon. During that time, I will come back to school for third period only to take a math test and then leave from campus once again. I feel prepared, I studied today and the day before. Logarithms are pretty simple, and the way to calculate interests on bank accounts is also simple. Those are what we are being tested on. For GATE however, I have to learn about "Sin Waves" once again, because they have faded slightly from my memory. Katie and I are going to Turn About. We bought tickets. I'm very tired. I ran a 6:39 mile in P.E. today. I was angry with myself that I had run so slowly. I'll do better next time.
