These are the people that make up Qwillpen's Village. There are over one hundred in this body that we know of, and we have grouped them as The Council, the Allies, and the Adversaries. There are also several unknown to us right now. We start with the Council.

The Council

Mayor - Mayor is the head of the Council, the big cheese, the head honcho. All decisions go through him, yet he is humble about his power, rules the Village with democracy, going with the majority vote within.

Keeper - Keeper is the keeper of all the events of our life. He has memories locked in boxes.

Keymaster - KeyMaster keeps the keys to all of the boxes guarded by the Keeper. The KeyMaster cannot unlock any of the boxes for the Keeper to reveal the memory until the Mayor says it is time.

Mask - Mask has an opposite job. His job is to cover the boxes, the memories, to cloak them in darkness so they cannot be seen until the Mayor has released the KeyMaster to unlock the boxes of the Keeper.

Speak - Speak is the spokesperson for The Council. Speak relates the decisions of The Council to the rest of the Village, often without us realizing Speak is talking to us.

Scribe - Scribe records the splits of the entire system, who came from where, when, and why.

Spy - Spy goes back and forth between The Council, the Village, and the Isolation Cells where the Adversaries are, as well as gathering information from the outside, and reports to the Council.

Bounce - Bounce is the optimist. She keeps us from selves-destructing, a ray of light and hope. Bounce is in each of us.

Michaelangelo - Michaelangelo stores our creative gifts, dispensing those gifts among the Village as the Council deems necessary.

Allies/Bigs

Qwillpen - that's me, the host. I am truly 29 years old, although the body is 32. The first-born child went in and at 3 years old created me, and I have been the host for 29 years now.

LeaAnne - age unknown. The first true alter, LeaAnne is the inner guide for the system, teaching, leading, and overseeing. She is a reflection of my grandmother, the only person who treated me as a child should be treated.

Teresa - age unknown, another guide, this one from the Mountain. Teresa is a spiritual being, focused on all things good. She has no anger, no hatred, no pain. Everything is good for Teresa.

Anthony - age also unknown. Anthony was orginally a programmed alter bent on selves-destruction. He is both deaf and mute, but is now a valuable asset to the Village.

Luke - age unknown. I don't know Luke very well. He insists he is married to Rosemary, and they are often together, but they do not interact much with the rest of the Village.

Claudia - age unknown. Claudia is a protector. She came from the Mountain, where she was sole protector, to the Village, where she shares that job with others, and she doesn't like it much.

Savannah - age 27 - Savannah used to carry the sadness for us all, but now she is a helpful co-host when needed. She also sleeps for the body, as she has the fewest nightmares/flashbacks. She is compassionate and caring, and rarely gets angry.

Beth - age 27 - Beth is orginally a member of the Mountain, but left there a long time ago. Beth carries the anger for the system, especially me, but has a huge heart for littles. She doesn't get along with adults however.

Emily - age 26 - Emily is a carrier of deep hurts and wounds. She doesn't come out much, but when she does, she almost always SI's.

D - age 25 - Daniel and Duke were recently merged, and this is what they are now called, just D. They were merged to make a stronger protector than either of them was alone.

Rosemary - age 24 - Rosemary is married to Luke, and like him, is pretty reclusive.

Gary - age 24 - Gary was once known as Obstinate, a front-runner for the Adversaries. Now that he is here, he is a strategic planner to outmanuever the Adversaries, and is a great protector's helper as well.

Jack - age 24 - Jack is the Village protector. He loves coffee and cigarettes, has a wonderful sense of humor, and is a great protector!

Melissa -age 23 - Melissa is shy, very quiet, and hardly ever out. She does have alot of buried memories, but hasn't shared them yet.

Candi - age 22- Candi used to be the sexual one of the system, promniscuous and seductive. She has changed a great deal, and for the better!

Robert - age 20- Robert disappeared about 3 years ago, had gone into deep hiding. Recently he did contact LeaAnne, and he prefers to stay outside the Village, so LeaAnne gave him the job of Scout, to map out the rest of the internal world.

Allies/Teens

Rina - age 19 - also known as the Smart One, Rina has been around longer than me, but was unable to endure any pain. She is very intelligent and militant, loves to tinker with the puter, and puts my computer knowledge to shame!

Kirk - age 19 - Kirk is the inner protector for the littles, smart mouthed, unruly, and a general pain in the you-know-what.

Crystal - age 17 - Crystal carries some very traumatic and painful memories, and I avoid her, I don't really know too much about her other than that.

Terry - age 17 - Terry has come such a long way it is hard to put it in one small paragraph. She was very prone to SI and bulimic, but now works very hard. You can read what she has to say about it in the writings section.

Valerie - age 16 - Valerie is a very quiet, deep level alter with many wounds, but she does not come out at all. She mostly keeps to herself.

Meredith - age 15 - Meredith was first thought to be a negative alter, but we recently discovered she has been a terribly abused one instead. She is very eager to please those here in the Village right now and longs to be accepted.

Cassandra - age 14 - Cassandra had a strange role here in the beginning, but recently we have found out she is an excellent recorder of our journey. Alot of this page will be written by Cassy.

Xanthe - age 13 - Xanthe is also from the mountain, in fact, she was the one who led us to the others. She is flighty, hyperactive, and very sensitive.

Allies/Littles

Megan - age12 - Megan is a very wounded child with deep suicidal tendencies. She isn't out much.

Suzi - age 12 - Suzi is highly creative, draws and paints, loves to spend time with charcoal and sketch pad. Suzi used to be angry at everyone, but a simple hug from caring friends unleashed her creativity.

Jessica - age 11 - Jessica, or Jessie, is a new alter who came "from below". She cannot communicate very well with us and has some very frightening things to relate, and it's hard for us to accept, but she is loved and we are learning to understand her.

Hannah -age 10 - mirror image of Savannah, Hannah once named herself Ugly, but she is anything but. She is still a very sad child.

Makayla - age 9 - Makayla used to be merged with Mark, but they have recently split, becoming two instead of one. This seems to make them both happier.

Daisy - about 9 - Daisy is also from below, is a very "proper" child, speaks like an adult and wants most to feel like it's okay to play and get dirty and talk like a child. She is having a hard time with allowing herself to do these things.

Leslie - age 8 - The Queen of the Littles. Leslie is loving, caring, giving, often at the expense of her own feelings. She shares co-consciousness with nearly everyone.

Myfanwy (muffin) - age 8 - Muffin is from the Mountain, She is very scared of everyone, and has only come out a few times.

Tessa - age 7 - Tessa is quiet and shy, preferring to mostly spend her time inside with another little named Cory. She is very afraid of men, but has made some friends with a few. She really likes Teletubbies, especially Laa-laa.

Bobby - age 7 - Bobby came from the Mountain, and all I know about him is that he says everything twice.

Krissy - age 7 - Krissy is everything a 6 year old is, lovable, adoring, thinks Barney hung the moon. Bright red hair is her trademark, as is chewing on it.

LilRuth - age 6 - LilRuth almost never comes out, she stutters and is afraid of most people. She hates beds, will not even sit on one.

Ginger - about 5 or 6 - Ginger is the first person I know of that came from below, and we found out about her by her constant nose bleeds and vivid flashbacks that brought me to my knees. She is now doing much better, and we are getting to know each other.

Sunset Dawn (suni) - age 5 - Suni is talkative, will talk your ear off if you give her a chance. She is from the Mountain also.

Isaac - age 5 - Isaac is the forgotten child, was in a cave for a very long time, and just recently was brought into the village. He tries very hard to be invisible.

Cory - age 5 - Cory is also very wounded, shy, rarely speaks and when he does it's in a whisper. He likes dinosaurs and the color red.

Mark - age 5 - Mark recently split from Makayla, and chose an age more appropriate for himself. He likes to hang out with Cory and Isaac.

Stormi - age 5 - Stormi is also from the Mountain, and I know little about her, other than she holds some painful memories, and her and Leslie seem to trigger each other, so they must be kept apart from each other.

Sabrina - age 4 - Sabrina is one of the first-born,who came inside at age three and never returned to the outside until recently. She was in hiding most of this time, and has just now begun to communicate.

Zoe - age 3 - Zoe is also from the mountain. I don't really know much about her yet.

Ariana - age 2 - also known as the Silent One. Ariana was the second alter in this system, after LeaAnne. She rarely speaks, almost never cries, but her eyes hold unknown terrors.

Cynthia - (Cindy) - infant, age unknown - Cindy is a very upset, crying baby, and only seems content when she is with Beth.

Adversaries

Benjamin - (Ben) - Ben is from the lagoon at the base of the mountain and was a mirror of my father on the outside.

Elizabeth - Same as Ben, except Elizabeth was the inner mirror of my mother. Meredith was the mirror of the body now known as Ruth.

Patricia - Patricia is best described as a robot. She is programmed to speak negative messages in alliance with our abusers. However, we are working to reprogram her with affirmations and positive messages.

Sam - Sam is a worker of Ruler, who does his bidding to try and destroy the good and keep the abuse secret.

Shalamar - Shalamar is the same as Sam, a worker of evil.

Destructor - Destructor is also a worker, but with a bend toward property damage.

Nathaniel - Nathaniel is a suicidal alter, whose job was to eliminate us if too much was disclosed. He has been confined at this time to prevent that from happening, but it was scary for awhile there.

R1 - R1 and the next three are parts, not whole alters really, that were designed simply to carry out certain duties and responsibilities for Ruler

Crazy - This one's name says it all. Crazy is probably one of the worst of the Adversaries, with no feeling or regards for anyone. He is sadistic and pure evil.

Starr - Starr is the right-hand of Ruler, and they operate as a team to prevent disclosure and wreak havoc.

Ruler - the head of the Adversaries, all orders orginate from him and he has strong allegience to the abusers.

Parker - I am reluctant to add Parker, because there is a great deal of controversy surrounding demons vs. alters. However, we believe that Parker is a demon, and the others are most assuredly not. Parker is not like any alter, and had powers beyond any ordinary alter. He has been rendered helpless now, mostly due to the faith of the majority of us.
