"What? You dare me to do what?" I said. She was sitting there, staring at me with an evil grin, rubbing her chin. "I dare you to go downstairs and kiss Nick," she said. "WHAT?!?!?!!!??!?" I said. My eyes went wide and my heart jumped up in my throat. I couldn't believe what she had just said. "Yeah, go kiss Nick!" said BJ. "You, you, you...want me...to go, go...kiss NICK??" I said. I grabbed a hold of her shoulders. "We'll go with you, just kiss him!" Leslie said. Oh man, I started smiling. What was he gonna say? Was he going to like it? Or was he going to be totally disgusted? Oh geez. I stood up. "Okay. Let's go," I said. BJ led the way, pulling me behind her. We got down there, and Nick was in the kitchen. I walked in behind BJ. "Hey Nick. Um...Sarah has, uh, something to tell you," Leslie said, shoving me up in front of Nick. "Uh, okay," he said. I looked at him for a second. He just looked right back at me. I was about to kiss Nickolas Gene Carter.

So, I leaned closer to him and pressed my lips against his, and kissed him gently. Thinking the kiss would only last for a second, I suddenly felt him start to kiss me back. He put his hand on my waist, and I COMPLETELY relaxed. He just kept kissing me. It was the best moment of my life.... "Uh... Sarah?" BJ said, standing right next to me. "Nick? Guys?? Hello?!??" His lips were soft and he is SUCH a good kisser. We ignored them. "Hey, come on!!" said Leslie. "It was just a dare!!! I didn't mean for you guys to fall in LOVE!!!" Then Nick finally took his lips away from mine. I looked at his blue eyes, and he smiled shyly, keeping his eyes locked on mine. I returned his smile. "Geez, guys! Come on Sarah....uh, let's go back upstairs," Dawn said, pulling my arm. I kept my eyes on Nick as I was being pulled backwards. He smiled as I was being pulled away. We finally got back upstairs.

"Geez! It looked like you guys were in a movie or something! That...was, well... kinda cool!" BJ said. I fell onto her bed, looking up at the ceiling. I had a BIG smile on my face. I was in complete heaven. I had just kissed Nick Carter. "Oh...wow," was the only thing that came out of my mouth. I started laughing. I couldn't help it. "Wow, I didn't know Nick liked you THAT much!" BJ said. "WOW, BJ!!! that was the best moment of my ENTIRE LIFE!!! Oh geeeeeeeeeeeeeeezzzzzzzz...." I didn't know what to think. I gave BJ a hug. "Um, okay... chill out," BJ said. "Thank you BJ...thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you..." "You're welcome, now like, GET OFF ME!" she said jokingly. I sat down on her bed, flabbergasted. "Oh man, it's, it's, it's like he's not "Nick Carter" anymore to me! I...I...I don't know what to think right now, oh man.... he is such a good kisser," I said. I was freaking out. "I wish I were you," Dawn said. I smiled and patted her on the back. I felt like crying tears of happiness, screaming, and jumping up and down at the same time. It was weird, cuz before, I was so nervous around him---then I was totally relaxed.

We talked about it for a minute, but then we all kinda changed the subject and watched TV in BJ's room room. We went to bed at about 1:00am. We all slept on the floor, and I just lay there thinking about Nick. I didn't see him until the next morning.
