"Oh man, Sarah!!!" Dawn said. She grabbed a hold of my shoulders. "Uh...what?" I said laughing. They were all hyper, big time. "I think Nick LoVeS you!!!" she said right in my face. "Oh, shut up Dawn!" Leslie said, poking her in the back. "Didn't you see the way he was looking at her?!?!!" Dawn said to Leslie. "Geez, guys, calm down! Sorry Sarah, they're a little...extatic tonight. Nick doesn't love you, but he-" BJ said. She was cut off my the door opening. It was Mrs. Carter. "Girls, you need to quiet down. Angel's trying to sleep," she said. "Sorry Mom. Mom, this is Sarah. She moved here a while back from Nebraska," BJ said. "Hi Sarah, it's nice to meet you!" she said, coming in and shaking my hand. I said hi back, and she went out of the room. I sat down on her bed. "Man, you guys are wound up tonight!" I said. "Yeah!!!!!" Dawn said. "Well, like I was saying, Nick doesn't LOVE you. Dawn had a crush on him last year and she still kinda does. Nick thinks she's kinda annoying," BJ said. "Hey, he does not!" Dawn yelled. "Shhhhh!" Leslie said. BJ giggled. "Come on, let's go get something to eat. You want some pizza?" BJ asked me. "Yeah!" I said.
I followed her downstairs and Dawn and Leslie followed me. Nick was still in the living room with Aaron. Nick jumped up. "Sarah, this is Aaron," he said. Aaron turned around and smiled at me. He's so cute. "Hi, Aaron. It's nice to meet you," I said and smiled at him. "Hi," he said shyly. I walked into the kitchen. We got some pizza and sat down at the kitchen table and ate it. I kept looking behind me at Nick. I sighed. "So Sarah, I hear Nick thinks you're cute..." Leslie whispered. I blushed. "Ooooooo Nick-and-Sarah-sittin-in-a-tree--K-I-S-S-I-N-G....." Dawn said, and bursted out in a fit of giggles. "Shhhh! He'll hear you!" I said, blushing even more. I couldn't believe they were teasing me. I was flattered, though. After we were done eating, I followed them into the living room. "Nick, can we watch a movie?" BJ asked him. "Yeah," he said, and he got up and went into the kitchen. I sat down on the couch. BJ popped in "Scream 2" which I had never seen before. Nick came back in and sat right next to me! Dawn sat to my left, Nick sat on my right. Aaron had gone to bed. I sat there, my heart thumping like crazy. I better calm down, if he's gonna sit there for the entire movie, I though. "Have you seen this movie?" He asked me, leaning forward, resting his elbows on his legs. He was so much cuter in person. "No, have you?" I said. "Yeah, it's pretty good. You'll like it, if you like these kind of movies," He turned and looked at me. I could feel myself blushing. "Yeah, I do. Have you seen "The Exorcist"? I said. "Yeah, that was a freaky movie!" "That movie was based on a true story." "Really? I didn't know that," he said. I just told Nick Carter something he never knew, I thought to myself. Okay, Sarah. Chill out.
BJ finally got the movie in, and she turned out the lights. I relaxed a little. Nick sat back, and got comfy. I was going to be sitting next to him for a whole two hours. Wow. The movie started and I was no longer nervous. I asked Nick questions about the movie, and he answered them, but I was sure not to annoy him. One time he leaned over and whispered something about Courtney Cox to me, you know, just some little thing in the movie that he felt like I needed to know. The movie was finally over and it was about 11:00. The girls and I went upstairs, and Nick stayed downstairs. He asked me if I liked the movie, and I said I did. We came in and all sat down on the floor.
Dawn pulled out one of BJ's magazines and was reading it. "Hey guys, let's play, TRUTH OR DARE!" Leslie said. "Okay!" said Dawn. "Alright, you wanna Sarah?" BJ said. "Yeah, okay!" I said. We all sat in a circle. "I'll go first," said Dawn. "I pick...um, BJ! Truth or dare." "Uhhh, dare!" she said. "I dare you to, um......call David!" Dawn said. "What? Oh man!" BJ said. "Who the heck is David?" I asked. "David is this guy that BJ likes," Leslie said. "Oh," I said. So BJ called him, embarrassed, but she did it. She only got to talk to him for a minute, but she freaked out when he wanted her to call her back tomorrow. "See? It wasn't all that bad!" Dawn said. "Okay, it's my turn." Leslie said. "I pick Sarah. Truth or dare???" "Uh....oh geez......dare." I said. I had no idea what she was going to say. "Ooooo, I gotta good one," she said. "I dare you to........."
