For those who may not know...our dear brother, Will Gasek, had a heart attack and passed on to his Eternal Reward on Tuesday, April 18, 2000, at 1:23pm. If you've read his testimony page, you'll know he had been suffering from some other physical ailments, but it was his heart that failed on that particular day. I was just browsing through my own GuestBook, where Will was a frequent "signer", and I thought I'd drop by here to see if Will's son, Wes, had added or changed (or even deleted) this site (which Will treasured greatly). It's still here, but many have signed this GuestBook long after his passing, not seeming to know anything about Will's death, nor any of the details. I felt obliged to mention some of this, and -- knowing him -- I truly believe Will would not mind at all (as a matter of fact, he'd probably be very appreciative). I would have checked with Wes, to ask for "permission" to write this, but I cannot get any reply from the emails I've sent to him. I suspect that the email and possibly even the Internet accounts have been cancelled. If anyone knows any further details, please let me know. My email is [email protected].
