
In 1 T. butter, saute 1/4 cup chopped green pepper and 1/4 cup chopped onion.
Drain the juice from one can of chunk pineapple. To this juice add:
� � � 1 T. cornstarch
� � � 2 T. catsup
� � � 2 T. apple cider vinegar
� � � 2 t. soy sauce
Cook on low heat, until clear.
Add the pineapple chunks just before serving and let them heat through.
This sauce can be used over rice, with chicken or pork chops or whatever you like. It is easy and delicious.
