
Chop up:
2 apples (McIntosh or like variety)
2 bananas
Let sit in bowl of cold water with 1 T. lemon juice for a
few minutes.
Mix together:
1/2 c. light mayonaisse
1 T. milk
Drain fruit thoroughly, and then mix mayonaisse with fruit.
Sprinkle with 1/4 cup of chopped pecans or walnuts.
Serves 4.
This recipe is one of my Mom's. I can eat it all alone as lunch. It is wonderful.
