Banana Cake

Cream together:
      1/2 c. butter (softened)
      1 1/2 c. white sugar
When thoroughly mixed, Add in order:
      2 eggs
      1/2 c. sour milk
      1 c. mashed ripe bananas
      1 T. vanilla extract
Mix together and add to wet ingredients:
      1 t. baking soda
      1 t. salt
      2 c. flour (I use whole wheat)

Pour into a greased and floured, 9 x 13 inch pan.

Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.

When cool, frost with a cream cheese frosting.

This is another of my Aunt Gen's wonderful recipes. It is a no-fail cake and just gets better and moister on the second or third day; if you can keep it around that long!
