Teddy Bears

Teddy Bears like to play
Mine do every single day.
They're there for me- come what may.
Even though they don't have much to say.

Teddy Bears eat honey without leaving a trace.
You won't find no honey on a teddy bear's face.
Most of the time they stay in their place.
They'll be there for you -just in case.

They love toys as much as I.
All my toys they will give a try.
I catch them sometimes when I spy.
They will cheer me up when I need to cry.

My emotions won't stay down.
When my teddy bears are around.
They cheer me up without one sound.
And wipe away my every frown.
They sit around in their little chairs.
They like to play ball in pairs.
They help cast away all my cares.
How I love my teddy bears.

I used to make teddy bears for sale in craft fairs but never stopped collecting or making them for myself. Here are a few sites to satisfy the most ardent arctophile. Eventually I plan to photograph my bears and will post their portraits on this site fo they can have their moments of fame. I would also like to post a few bear patterns I've found on others' web sites or printed free in magazines.
