Kittil Olsen Gronseth bought the farm from Tollef Olsen Gronseth when Tollef emigrated to America. Kittil Olsen Gronseth was killed by lightening when age 30 and left two small children with his wife Ingeborg Reiersd Vaslien Gronseth. Died of lightening age 30, 2 small children Burial: Sigdal, Norge Kittil Olsen Gronseth was the seventh child of Beret Kittilsd. Gronseth & Ole Tollefseon Flaget Gronseth. He married Ingeborg Reiersd Vaslien. Kittil Olsen Vaslien in 1869 received the deed from his brothers Tollef & Ole Gronseth for 1000 spd. Kittil Olsen was killed by lightening in 1870. Widow kept with the farm until 1885 then the sons took over. In 1894 Ole bought out the brother Reier who got Skuggerud. Ingeborg became in 1877 married the 2nd time to Torger Reiersen Lie. He died here in 1897, Ingeborg in 1918.
