The Old Rugged Cross �� ��� Mary Jewell �� The Bible is God's Love Letter to ME It tells me that GOD loves me No matter what I do. It tells me that GOD cares for me And wants me to show I care for him. The Bible says that GOD is truth And "His truth will set me free." The Bible is GOD'S Holy Word and I Must read it and obey it. It tells me the GOD sent his Son To die on the cross for me! And that he is coming again. The Bible shows GOD'S mercy and grace. In times of trouble. It shows me what I must do to Keep myself clean. It tells me how to pray and what To pray for. It says, "I must repent of all my sins" Big and small ones. The Bible is my blueprint for How to live right. It is my guide, a light unto my feet. My prayer, it tells me how to Live with others, It is this and more God's love letter to me. March 1999 ��� ��� God's Amazing Grace God's grace to me is worth it to me To know Him more each day. God's grace to me is His love In action. God's grace to me is when I do Wrong His grace will FORGIVE me, God's grace to me is like a mighty ocean, So deep, vast, and unmeasured. God's grace helps me to be Secure in HIM God's grace will help set me free From my besetting sins. When I go thru many trials, God's grace will never leave me Or forsake me. God's grace is when the precious Lamb of GOD paid the price for me On the Cross of Calvary to let me know That God's grace is HIS love In action for me. This is Love's most wonderful story God's Grace for me.
