INDEX

[298] 1. According to Charles R. Rogers research papers. LDS, 1400 Ambasasdor
Way, Salt Lake City, Utah, Looks like Cameron or Cemeron Pacer Loudon Co,
Va.
Ref:It would appear Matthew Markland was married twice to 2 different
Musik Women. According to him, the first name Polley, whom he had a
family and Mary with whom he had a family.
2. Contrary to Roger's notes, Polley was mentioned in Mathew Markland's
will as his his beloved wife.
3. Rogers says Mathew married Mary Musik in 1810. Mary Musik was married
previously to Peter Honaker, b.1764 in Wythe VA, died, 1808 in
Montgomery, KY. Can find no children by this marriage on this date.
8/27/1996. Matthew had an entire family by his 2nd wife Mary. Mary
should be in the 1850 and 1860 census in Bath County, have not yet
checked. She died in 1862 making her 80 years old.
4. I can find no information to substantiate Mary Musik but have her
listed for the time being.
