He married Margaret Getty. Margaret was from Brush Valley, Pa The Andy's Bakers were in the Johnstown flood and it cost the lives of two of their children. The children in this report are the surving children.

Andy was a dark Prussian looking man who worked as a harness maker. He left Johnstown around 1920. It is believed he is buried at Peabody, Kansas.
