Lambay's Glamour Girl

Shown above at 2 years of age and below at age 4 is Ch. Lambay's Glamour Girl, also known as "Elle." Elle has proven to be a wonderful junior showmanship dog for our daughter Christina, a super mom (her first litter was whelped in June of 1996), and of course, a devoted "bed bug." She is a very elegant, feminine fawn brindle and white bitch whose strengths are her classic outline, her extremely sound rear and her beautiful expression and refinement. Elle finished her championship in tough west coast competition, garnering a Best of Breed over specials along the way. She is a sweet, affectionate girl who is first and foremost a cherished member of the family.

Elle's dam, "Reigna", is a full littermate to "Spice " (SBIS Ch. Lambay's Spice in Castlecrest) , who was the #3 Whippet for 1993, 1994 and 1995, the AWC National Top 20 Winner and a multiple group and specialty winner. Her maternal grandsire is "Reign" (SBIS Ch. Starline's Reign On, ROMX), the #1 Whippet sire for 1995 , 1996 and 1997 and sire of over 70 AKC Champions to date. Reign is the sire of BIS, SBIS, National Select and numerous group winners. Her paternal grandsire, "Strider", is the sire of over 40 AKC Champions, including the incomparable BIS SBIS Ch. Sporting Fields Kinsman and BIS SBIS BIF DC Sporting Fields Winsome Won, SC, FCh. Strider was known for passing on his outgoing personality, beautiful big eyes and that wonderful "look at me" attitude in the show ring.

We are delighted to announce that Elle whelped a litter of four beautiful upuppies in late December by SBIS Ch.
