 | When Jack returned to the Grendels' house, he noticed a cage full of Norns. He recognized one of the Norns. "Hey, Dad! What are you doing here?" |
 | "What am I doing here? What are YOU doing here???" his Dad said.
"Never mind, just get us out of here!" yelled the other Norns. |
 | "Sssshhhh!" whispered Grenna, and she helped Jack open the cage. |
 | As the Norns dashed out of the cage, Jack grabbed the Harp, then hurried out of there as fast as he could. |
 | One of the Norns said, "I'm not leaving without my computer." She picked it up and took it with her down the Lemon Stalk. |
 | As the Norns were leaving, Grenna begged, "Take me with you. I'm tired of cooking for that mean old husband of mine.
"Sure," Jack shouted. "Come with us. You can come and live with us in Albia forever!"
Following the Norns' example, she grabbed a Horn of Plenty and followed them down the Lemon Vine. |
