In order to curb your craving for sugar, whether dieting for a contest or leaning out to look good on the beach, Here's some suggestions:

1) Try drinking sugar free crystal lite, as much as you can drink until your craving for sugar has subsided.

2) Go to the local supermarket/health food store and buy some sugar free popsicles (whatever flavor tickles your fancy) and have a popsicle or 2 every time you get a craving for sweets.

3) Drink sugar free diet soda (Sunkist Diet Orange)
This should keep your sugar monster at bay, and help to make dieting a little easier.
