1) Always warm up thoroughly before you begin exercising. i.e.(walking on the Treadmill or riding the Stationary Bike for 10-15 minutes)

2) Remember to perform 2-3 light warm up sets before moving into your working sets.

3) Always stretch in between sets to keep the muscles, tendons, and ligaments warm & flexible.

4) Avoid overtraining like the plague. That means doing less sets per bodypart, and training less days per week. Remember if your body can't recover sufficiently between workouts your physique will regress instead of progress.

5) Eat a well balanced diet, try to avoid junk food as much as possible, and drink plenty of water daily. In order to continuosly improve your physique and overall performance, you must match your Nutritional & Supplement program to your current Bodybuilding Program.

6) Use Visualization Techniques during your training. By picturing the way you want to look, you will not only give yourself motivation, but be able to set realistic goals for yourself. Most importantly, keep a positive mental attitude and the only place you can go is up.THE SKY IS THE LIMIT!
