This is so silly. What a sissy I must look like … all curls and hair ribbons and bangles and earrings and panties and perfume …. Good thing none of the guys are going to this stupid party. They'd never talk to me again.

This wig, hairpiece, whatever it is .. it's tickling my neck and shoulders. Do real girls go through this kind of thing all the time? If they do, then they're a lot braver than I am. I can't wait to get out of this dress and back into my jeans!
