2000-2001: Old man Senex gathers the majority of the Euthanatos Tradition and retreats into the Shard Realm of Entropy. The ritual to "Reset the Wheel" is set into motion, sending an overwhelming flux of Magical energies throughout the world. Metal heats and the plant life is nearly extinguished in the backflux of Entropic eminations. This lasts for several weeks as life on the material plane erupts in near Chaos. As the fluxuations become controlled, the lengthy ritual, which results in the death of many of the Euthanatos participating, slowly comes to an end.. with success. Rumor has it that the Wheel has been set back on it's proper course.
During the end of this ritual, it is rumored that powerful entities awoke in the North... no other details were discovered. Research has oncovered nothing of consequence, primary opinion: whatever awoke has once again set into slumber.
2002: As the energies that were used in the ritual slowly fade back into the tapestry the raging Avatar Storm slowly dies and ends. By the end of the year passage to and from the Umbral Realms is once again completely possible.
2003: In the first month of the year no less than ten attempts were made to re-establish contact with the Masters beyond the gauntlet. None were found. Rumor has it the Technocracy has had the same problem with contacting their superiors. This has left the future of both Organizations in the hands of mere initiates and disciples. Times ahead look bleak, yet at the same time hopeful, with both sides now being guided by new ideas and views...
