You need to enable Javascript and Java in your browser settings.
If you have Internet Explorer Browser, do the following...
1> Select "View" Menu Option
2> Select "Options" from the menu
3> Click on the "Security" tab
4> Click on the "Custom Security" tab
5> In the following screen, select options as follows
a) Java -> Java permissions -> Medium safety
b) Scripting -> Active Scripting -> Enable
c) Scripting -> Scripting of Java Applets-> Enable
