PSL safety test laboratory based in Hong Kong independentiy operates in accordance with standard ISO/IEC Guide 25 - general requirements for the competence of calibration & testing laboratory. The PSL safety test laboratory was accredited by Hong Kong Laboratory Accreditation Scheme (HOKLAS) for a specified range of tests in June 1999. The PSL safety test laboratory provides a variety testing and product evaluation services on a wide range of el�ctrica�, electronic and non-electrical products.

HOKLAS has signed mutua� recognition agreements with six overseas laboratory accreditation schemes �.e. A2LA of the USA, UKAS of the UK, NATA of Australia, IANZ of New Zealand, RvA of the Netheriands & SAC-SINGLAS of Singapore and an interim bilateral agreement with the European Co-operation for Accreditation (EA) multilateral agreement group. HOKLAS is a member of the Asia Pacific Laboratory Accreditation Co-operation (APLAC) multilateral Mutua� Recognition Agreement (MRA).

LVD, EMC Test & Certification

PSL safety test laboratory can provide a wide range of tests on electronic and electrical products in accordance with relevant standard of IEC, EN, ISO, AS, BS, UL. PSL services in LVD, EMC testing/certification and managment of Technical Construction File (TCF) for CE marking can help the clients to sell product in the European markets.

Various international testing bodies such us TUV and ITS have already accpeted and recognizaed our testing reports. Trough co-operation with these testing laboratories, PSL can serve clients more economically and faster with LVD and EMC testing and certification services in GS, Semko, CB and ETL certification.
