Dear Friends,
Today I am going to tell you about " Father of India " , Mahatma Gandhi . His full name is Mahatma Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi. He was born on 2nd October ,1869.
From early age, Gandhi was very truthful and honest. After passing his matriculation examination he went to england and became a barrister. Gandhi went to south africa for a legal case.
there he found the Indians being ill-treated by the whites. Gandhi fought against this injustice. He had to bear a lot of hardship and cruelties at the hands of the Europeans. But he bore them no ill will or malice. But at last he was successful. He taught Indians how to fight injustice without creating bitterness. His method was called "Satyagraha". It was the method of non-violent resistance.
Satyagraha means insistance on truth and justice. It demands that injustice should never be tolerated. It means that one should stick to one's just demands and try to persuade the opponent to accept these demands without using any physical force or violence and without losing one's self control.
Then he return to India. He fought against the British government for the freedom for our coutry. At last he won freedom for us. He gave us the message of truth, non-violence and love. He taught us to have complete faith in God. He died on january 30th, 1948. Not only India , but also the whole world lamented over this great loss.

Dear Friends,
I am going to tell you about cricket.
In cricket there are two teams and in each team there are 11 players. Their are two normal empire and one third empire.
Then there will be a toss between two captain. The captain who wins the toss will elect batting or bowling, then they will play the match.
For making the batsman out there are many tricks. We can make them out by making them bowled or runout. If the batsman runs for taking a run and if the fielder hits the ball on the stump and if the stumps and bails fall down then it is said that the batsman is out.
If the batsman hits the ball and if a fielder catches the direct ball then also he is said to be out.
There are in total 100 overs in the whole match. Each teams have to do bowling till 50 overs or less than that. In 1 over, there are 6 balls. There should be 5 bowlers and 6 all rounder in each team. Each bowler has to ball for 10 overs.
In cricket they wear white colour uniform and they wear helmet, legpads, gloves and hand pad to protect themselves from season ball.
A seasoned cricket ball is made up of wood and leather. If it hits us it is than very painful.
The most famous country in playing cricket are INDIA, PAKISTAN, SRILANKA, SOUTH AFRICA, AUSTRALIA, WESTINDIES and ENGLAND.
My favourate batsman and bowler is SACHIN TENDULKAR.
Your friend,
CHIRAG SHAH
