Edwards Cake and
Candy Supplies caters to folks with a sweet tooth -- and those who like to
bake creations to satisfy just such cravings. The business was previously
located at 2307 Oakdale Road in Modesto since Nina Edwards opened it in
1977. Her daughter, Carol Hawn, has moved the store to
501 Bangs Ave. The new store has a greater selection than before, but still has the same welcoming atmosphere!
We continue to focus
on selling supplies needed to turn out home baked treats and stock plenty
of cake decorations and supplies, including wedding cake toppers, tips,
decorating bags, decorating sets, pattern presses, edible images, boards,
pans, pillars and stands. Equipment for making candy is also in the mix
including candy molds, rich flavorful, high quality confectionary coating,
fillings, caramel, and crunches, and boxes for every occasion to package
them.
We carry most
everything you need for making cake and candy. In fact, if we don't have it
you likely won't find it anywhere in the area - but we're always glad to
order it for you!
In our new location
we've also added food service, including espresso drinks, smoothies and, of
course, baked goodies.
We have already held
classes in our new classroom - be sure you check out the pictures of some of
them and check on the dates and times of future classes - you'll likely want
to attend one!
