1993 Ford Probe GT
PGT This is my current car, and boy do I love it. I acquired it in late 2001, and have since put on about 15K kilometers. That's nothing =) The car runs like the wind, but it really shines in the handling department. I am not a teenage boy racer, so this car stays well below hyperIllegal speeds, and it doesn't have any "go-fast now, break it later" add-ons or modifications. I like to have my cars stock, and maybe when something (like the exhaust) goes, I'll replace it with a higher-quality piece. One thing this car is NOT good for is winter... scary stuff, man. Unfortunately, Ford stopped making these cars in 1997, and replaced it with the Mercury Cougar. The Cougar was a nice car, but it lacked the sleekness I liked about the Probe GT. The Cougar has also been discontinued by Ford. On an interesting note, the Probe was created to replace the Mustang... but now we see that the Mustang lives and the Probe is dead. In fact, the next generation Mustang may be built in the same factory as the Probe once was.
1984 Chevette Scooter
Vette I picked up this Chevette in late 1998 for the amazing price of $0.00. That's right, I got a free car. I spent a lot of time in this car in my highschool days. I took it all over the province to amateur wrestling tournaments and plays. Dom and I even took this up to Wasaga for the 1999 May 24 weekend. I even showed it off on the strip... hehe a few guys with my sense of humour started a "'vette power" chant. =D Unfortunately, that very weekend was the last time that my driver door ever worked. Until I sold the car ( for $70.. that's infinite profit! ) I had to either climb in through the passenger side door, or fly in through the driver side window... "Dukes of Hazzard" style.
1995 Cutlass Supreme Convertible
Cutlass A ton of respect has to go out to my buddy Jason and his 1995 Cutlass Supreme Convertible. Jason keeps this car in mint condition. In fact, his last emissions test came back with results BETTER than new! His car would qualify for Low Emissions Vehicle status! Now that is very impressive for a car from 1995. The car is a rarity nowadays, it is one of few sold in "triple white" configuration - white top, white paint, white leather. Yes it is hard to keep clean, but it's worth the effort.
2004½ Mustang GT Concept
Mustang Well, in my drem world, I would have a Ferrarri. Let's face it, that's not going to happen. I have my sights set on this new Mustang scheduled to be built in 2004. Mustang has been an exciting car for me from all the way back in 1994, when the new style was released. My boss John Gallo had an older Mustang that just flew. Being in a car with that much power is something that sticks with you... it's just amazing.
