McFeely confirms that he dropped Rogers off in Dealey Plaza a full ten minutes before the Presidential motorcade arrived. In the minutes before the shooting, witnesses recall the appearance of a figure in one of the upper floor windows of the Book Depository (see photo inset). The visibly-agitated man regaled people in the Plaza below with shouts of "Hi, neighbor!" and "Correct as usual, King Nobody!" followed by peals of crazed laughter. "It was very strange," one witness recalls.
