We all know Bert has a connection to the Yugoslav president, Slovidan Milosovic, but what you probebly didn't know is that Bert is also a parliament member of the Serbian country. The war in Kosovo could have been ended a long time ago, but everytime there was a vote in the parliament for peace talks, the majority was always against the talks and always won by only one voice - Bert's.
