Yesterday I received this letter:

An old friend, who now works under deep cover within the CIA, has contacted me to pass along the following video image from Russian TV.

Russian president, Boris Yeltsin, today announced the successful conclusion of alliance talks with Serbian president, Slovidan Milosovic, and Bert. The presence of Bert confounded CIA analysts. Yeltsin called Bert a "Strategic Analyst," but Bert's real role is unknown.

If one views this broadcast with the recent CIA reports of Russian troop movements, the repositioning and targeting of Russia's nuclear arsenal, and the continued build up of the Russian fleet, can World War III be far away?

The CIA thinks not.
