College Highlights
A two-time all-America at Florida State...Sanders was awarded the Jim Thorpe Award as a senior...Set
school records with 287 career interception return yards (14 interceptions) and 1,429 punt return
yards...He was a member of the Seminoles' College World Series baseball team as a center fielder
and a track and field standout as well...Once, he played in the first game of a baseball tournament,
went over to the track to run a leg on the 4x100 relay squad in his baseball pants, then returned to the
diamond to slap the game-winning hit in the Seminoles' second game of the day.

Starred at North Fort Meyers High School where as a senior he passed for 839 yards and rushed for
499 as a left-handed option quarterback...Earned all-state honors in football, basketball (24ppg) and
baseball..He had a debut album called "Prime Time" that was on the R&B charts for several
months...He has two children, daughter Diondra, and son, Deion Luwynn Jr.
