Yenda and Griffith Information

Yenda has a population of about 1007 people, and is about 14kms, 10 mins drive, from the larger town of Griffith.
Griffith's location in the Riverina, south western NSW, places it within easy reach of Melbourne, Adelaide, Canberra and Sydney. Griffith is also a natural rail hub with lines extending to Hillston towards the north, as well as Leeton and Narrandera to the southeast, and Ardlethan and Junee, the line connects the main Sydney to Melbourne rail network, linking all mainland capital cities. The network enables large volumes of export commodities to be freighted to seaports.
