Written exam:

1.  Give definition of Judo and founder.
2.  Give definition of Aikido and founder.
3.  Give definition of Kendo and founder.
4.  Define the following:
a.  Respect.
b.  Confidence.
c.  Physical and mental health.
d.  Self control.
