Stephanie Swanson is an 8th grader at Taft Middle School in Crown Point where she was a starting guard for the 17-1 Taft Lady Tigers. This is her second year of Crown Point AAU basketball since moving from the Ft. Wayne area. Stephanie works extremely hard on defense and knows where to be on the floor to get the open shot, especially on transition. Look for Stephanie to make an impact in years to come for the Crown Point High School Lady Bulldogs.
Personal Career Highlights

Stephanie's career highlights include the following:
  • starting for her 8th grade 17-1 middle school team
  • improved stats from 7th to 8th grade in all areas, including assists, rebounds, scoring and steals
  • member of 12U Crown Point Tigers AAU team that qualified for the 1997 Nationals
Goals for the Upcoming Season

Stephanie's goals for the upcoming season include improving free throw percentage, better understanding of offensive and defensive sets, improving man-to-man defense, and improving passing skills.
