Eric, Doug and Jim gathered at Vasona B. Doug's drive on hole one cruised under the train track trestle, in range for an easy deuce. A bogey on hole three brought him back even with the field. Eric managed the only par on the long hole five to the fire hydrant. Then Eric deuced hole six, a make-up hole since the water was so high. Bogeys on holes eight and nine dropped Jim back. After nine holes, it was Eric 26, Doug 29, Jim 30.
Jim bogeyed hole ten to continue his streak. Eric and Jim deuced hole thirteen as well as hole seventeen. Doug bogeyed sixteen and eighteen to fall back. Eric outdistanced the field with a 26-25 for a 51. Jim had 30-36 for a 56 while Doug had a pair of 29's for a 58.
