Doug and Eric met at Kelley Park with pleasant weather. The front nine played pretty normal as Eric hit for 9 pars and Doug was one behind with one bogey. The back nine saw more variant play. On hole ten, Eric landed in Coyote creek on his second shot, leaving him a struggle for a 6. Meanwhile Doug was having his own problems and recorded a 5. Eric had another bogey on the next hole and both players bogeyed hole twelve. Both players parred hole 13, a make-up hole, Doug and Eric both deuced hole fourteen and sixteen. Eric had a deuce on seventeen and Doug finished with a deuce on hole eighteen. In the end, Doug's tally of 28-28 matched Eric's totla of 27-29.
