Our first dance, to Harry Connick Jr.'s "It Had to Be You". We wanted something fun and upbeat. We attempted a foxtrot (we took a few dance lessons) but shortly after we began dancing one side of the train to my dress came unbustled. I had to use one hand to hold it so I wouldn't trip over it. There went the choreography, but we still had a lot of fun with it and it's something we will always laugh about.
By the time we cut the cake many of our friends had had quite a bit of wine and were cheering for us to smash each other with cake (I didn't realize how loud they were until I watched the video). We had agreed ahead of time not to, though, so they didn't get their wish. They did, however, get us to kiss on many occosions by ringing their glasses. This was a custom I hadn't heard of so Bob had to fill me in - not that we needed an excuse for a kiss!
Another one of us dancing, this one a little later in the evening.
