The Goodbye Whirl (aka The Couple Cleaver) - The Golden Pair's "dreaded" final technique, in where Mikado lifts his partner, plus the opposing members of the other team (!). Then, he spins around until a member of the opposing team lets go of their partner (who then goes flying into the ice!). Only once has this technique failed and a member of the opposing team held on to his partner (that of Akane Tendo & Ranma Saotome of Furinkan High), but he was still badly injured afterwards.
