So. Be. It. She says between clenched teeth. I hate people to stuff me around. I appreciate decisiveness. I enjoy people who know what they want and how to get it. I have little time for those who cannot make up their mind, and those people who do not have the strength of conviction to uphold an opinion or idea(l) of their own.

Quick where's my soapbox, quick minions grab it, shuffle it across here for me to climb up on. Or should I say, climb down from? I've just had a crappy day today.

I am off the hook at work. In the final analysis of events it appears the stuff up was made long before the message was or wasn't passed along by me. I was told only to "Be more careful next time". This came as a great relief. I have also been asked to carry out a job that carries more responsibility whilst the usual person is away on leave. This is good.

Went to see a kitten today. Well we were told it was a kitten, but when we got there he/she was half grown and hadn't been handled. Suffice it to say we weren't able to get close enough to identify what sex the animal was, let along have a pat or a cuddle. So we said thanks but no thanks. We are still looking.

There is a particularly bad "Carry On..." movie on the TV at the moment. Sid James is wearing a Victorian style dress, half undone, hairy chest everywhere, and a delicately rouged face and curly wirly wig to match. I believe the word to describe the film and its characters is bawdy? am I right?

Today I slept most of the day. Then I got up with a shocker of a headache and looked at the kitten, then we dropped in to see a friend of ours, whereupon we were stuffed about, then we came home. I'm feeling all constricted. Knotted up and not able to give of anything. Really I think I want to get some more sleep. Next week I am working full time, and for a uni student used to 10 contact hours a week, sleeping at odd hours and generally doing as I please, working a full week really comes as a shock to the system.

Oh, I know. What a slacker. What a gen X'er.
