Exhibit Schedule

Exhibitor space consists of
one 6' x 4' space
(including one table and one chair)
NO OUTLETS AVAILABLE

Official housing reservation forms will be provided at time of exhibitor confirmation. All hotel rooms reservations are on a first-come basis. We encourage you to make your reservations early! click here

Exhibit areas will be available for the installation to exhibits from 7:00am-10:00am, Friday, October 10th, or other time arranged with the Convention Planner.

All exhibits MUST be in place and ready for opening ceremonies of the Exhibit Hall by 11:00am, Friday and remain until close of Exhibit Hall, Saturday at 2:00pm.

We encourage you to stay Saturday night to help us honor our reservation contract with the Hotel. Tickets will be available for purchase for the Awards Banquet for those who are not Gold level or Platinum Sponsors.
