1906--Phillips graduates from the Marconi Training School.
1908--Cottam graduates from the Marconi Training School. At 17, he's the youngest person ever to do so. Also, meets and becomes friends with Phillips.
1910--Bride meets Cottam when inquiring about the costs of telegraphy school. After
their talks, Bride builds an aerial antennae in his parents' garden to practice Morsing.
1911--Bride graduates from Marconi Training School. Cottam introduces Phillips and Bride.

April 14. 11:40 p.m. Titanic strikes an ice berg. Phillips sends CQD shortly
after midnight. Cottam answers the second distress call at 12:45 a.m.
April 15. Titanic founders at 2:20 a.m. Carpathia picks up 705 survivors. Last survivor on board at 8:30 a.m. Phillips loses his life; Bride survives.
April 18. 9:45 p.m. Carpathia arrives in New York with Titanic survivors.
April 19. US Inquiry begins. Cottam testifies.
April 20. Cottam and Bride testify in Day 2 of the Inquiry. Served subpoenas.
April 21. Inquiry moved to Washington.
May 18. Bride and Cottam dock in Liverpool, England on the Baltic.
