I collect F - VF used stamps of many countries and in my view, the best way to do it in to find an exchange partner in a country and exchange F - VF used stamps in complete sets, prefereably in year collections. In that way both me and my partner can form a good collection economically, in less amount of time, with a lot of enjoyment.

   I have completed very fine collection of many countries such as Germany, India, Argentina etc. in this way and I have exchange partners all over the world, who send me used stamps of their country in exchange for use stamps of Pakistan.
