Take Cooking Classes
Goal #35 completed February 17- March 10, 1999 @ Canadian University College, Alberta
I signed up for Vegetarian cooking classes the moment I heard of them - because of course I have cooking classes on my list. Danny Northam, trained in Europe and Asia, taught the class. Ty and Pattie shared in my cooking experience as they took the class with me (I of course took better notes than Ty did).
Hey, click on these tiny pictures to see the full size, alright?

The Master Chef and his teacher. We're making peanut butter soup: it was OK, but I couldn't eat much cause it was so fatty. |
Another scene from the kitchen. Ty and I (hey that rhymes) and some other dude were the only guys in the class of 15. |
