Snack Time oh I'm sorry I meant Class time
Now I don't know about you but I think I just chose one of the best instructors at WSU. I mean it's not everyday you choose a class where your instructor brings in snacks for the class.It's not a "watered" down course like most summer classes, not that I am complaining about "watered" down classes, you learn the same amount of information, take the same amount of quizzes and exams as in a normal session and get to have as much fun as you allow yourself to.
It's one of those classes that you really get to enjoy what you are learning. I wish deep down all professors could be like that, not that I want my professors to bring snacks to the class everyday, I just think professors should try to make class time interesting and fun, introduce concepts that may appear weird at times, but helpful.
This is the second class I've had where I could communicate with my instructor by e-mail. Now I think that's cool and that makes learning fun.
Bringing cookies & donuts to class seemed weird at first but who can say no to food. I think this is one of those classes you go to and never worry about going to the next class.
I think there is at least one professor like this in every college. I don't anything about teaching, but I know that sensing my instructors devotion to teaching makes me more interested in attending my classes regularly. Of course there will still be students who break the rules regardless.
