I am a Public and Private International Law Professor at the Catholic University of Bras�lia, Brazil.

I have got my academical and teaching experience by acting as a Legal Advisor on International Humanitarian Law at the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement, specially the Bazilian red Cross and the International Committee of the Red Cross - ICRC, in the Regional Delegation for Brazil, Ecuador, Venezuela, Surinam, Guiana amd French Guiana.
