From very early on I was fascinated with what computers can do for you, how they cut your work in half or eliminate it completely. And with the rapid advancements in Internet that we have seen in the past few years, almost every month something new and exciting is brewing at the developers' labs all across the world. The computer revolution that began with 1944's MARK 1 and 1960's ARPANET is literally changing lives of today's society. We can do more, play more and enjoy our lives like no generation before us. All the incredible advancements in the past 30 years were possible due to the innovation, hard work and the technological vision of computer industry titans like Bill Gates, Andy Grove, Paul Allen and countless number of others that made the world as we know it today, boundless with unlimited opportunities.

As most of you already know in just under 600 days were are going to celebrate the begging of a new millenium. Year 2000 will be remembered for a very long time as one f the most crucial years in our modern history. The prosperity of the entire developed World will rest on just two extra digits that some systems might have and other don't. Depending on whether our computers will be able to handle the problem of rolling over to the new century and properly functioning after that, our very lives might be in danger or we will continue our normal living. Governments and companies all over the world have been seeking the solution to this immense problem for more then 10 years now. Some have been successful others are still struggling (like US government). Games, Games, Games...

Ever since I saw my first video game (Pong in 1982) I was hooked. I was mesmerized by the whole concept of computer entertainment. The games that we play today were impossible to imagine just 10 years ago. With the huge progress in the computer industry games became more sophisticated (and taking way too much memory, upward 3Gigs!) and more fun to play with. And this, in my opinion, is the whole point of progress - better games, bigger explosions, more guns : -> (he,he,he..).
